Notice for our valuable customers
Due to the ongoing conflicts in the Middle East, postal services to Israel, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, and Lebanon have been suspended. Accordingly, acceptance of postal items addressed to these countries is temporarily halted.
In addition, the cancellation and suspension of flights to several Middle East destinations are expected to cause indefinite delays in the delivery of international postal items to other countries in the region.
Mail sent to European and American destinations may also experience delays, as flight routes often transit through the Middle East.
Furthermore, acceptance of items with short expiration dates destined for the above-mentioned countries has been discontinued.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused by these circumstances and appreciate your understanding.
