1,086 New appoinments to the Sri Lanka Postal Service
His Excellency the President Mahinda Rajapaksha presented letters of appointment to 1,086 new recruits to the Sri Lanka Postal Service at a ceremony held at the Temple Trees on 15th February 2013.
The Ministry of Postal Service and the Department of Posts will strive to improve the efficiency of the island-wide Post Office network through the Post Office Network Improvement Project.
These newly appointed recruits with their wide knowledge of Information Technology will be a great asset to the department, not only in furthering this project, but also in all operational aspects of postal services.
